App stopped working. Black screen visible with club logo. Have attempted to uninstall and reinstall without any success. Extremely disappointing as I can't even access my account.

Hopeless. Asks you to log into Ticketmaster, wrong password. Never works. So, so frustrating just to see your membership. I think I'll revert to the physical card.

This is the most frustrating process I have ever needed to do just to get a game ticket. I pay for four memberships and do not have the time nor patience to go through this each week.

Only 1 star as can't give Zero. Only way to access my family's tickets is via the app, but even that doesn't work! When selecting different Family members, only the first selected ticket is show. Have to exit the app, log back in and select another ticket to the save the ticket and repeat the process for all five tickets
