App allows me to keep up with what is going on around me. I never have a chance to look at the news.

Inciteful, informative and the paper goes after the behind the scenes stories.

What is going on? The app tells me to update. But when I try to download a new version, it only gives me the option to open the existing one. Which tells me to update. And yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again already!

Even for digital subscribers, the app experience is pretty miserable compared to the mobile site. Text doesn't reflow to fit your screen, and it shows the same ad nonstop every 1/2 screen...unless you pay an extra $10/mo for their "News+" package. Most news sites don't nickel-and-dime people this way for digital content.

Too many ads. Even ads with subscription. Definitely do NOT recommend. Better to use a browser.

This is the most frustrating app for a subscriber desiring to read the paper formatted like the print edition!

App starts with a noisy splash ad. I paid for a subscription anyway using Google Pay and found I couldn't read the articles. I went to the website, which is way better than the app for layout and organization, and learned that the price I was charged was for print + digital, not digital-only. (They don't deliver in my area, and I wasn't asked to provide address info.) I called the service number and was told to "wait a couple of hours". I'm requesting a refund.
