The Gems Education app is very user-friendly and convenient. It makes accessing school updates, communication, and information smooth and efficient. A great tool for parents and students!

If there are 2 kids studying in same school, I am not able to add both the kids in a single app... sibling link talks about different school...is there any solution

GEMS Connect is an excellent app-no matter how much I praise it, it's not enough to describe all its advantages. It truly helps me keep track of everything related to my child: academic progress, teacher evaluations, activities, and even everything else. It even allows me to track my son from the moment he boards the bus until he arrives at school. It truly deserves a 10/10

Unable to connect since the update of the app. I raised a ticket which has been closed without any response from the developer. I'm not able to pay the school tuition fees and being abroad I can't visit the school.

Some functions are not working, e.g. email, contact doesn't show contact or even try to contact school or transport, bus tracking only works when student scans the ID. pickup time doesn't show at all. Most of the time it doesn't work as well.

I am very disappointed with the recent app update. It causes the app to lag, payments often fail to go through, and the app suddenly stops working or craches in the middle of a transaction, forcing me to repeat the process multiple times.
