"GEMS Rewards is an exclusive rewards programme, designed for GEMS community of students, parents and staff. The GEMS Rewards Programme is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to our parents and staff. Designed to reduce the impact of school fees and further enhance the lifestyle of our families and staff, the programme is comprised of four key elements –
1. Partner Network – through a network of partners across dining, retail, travel, entertainment and more, GEMS has negotiated offers and discounts that significantly contribute to everyday savings.
2. Travel & Gift Cards - Earn GEMS Points for making flight & hotel bookings or purchasing gift cards on the app.
3. The GEMS Ambassador Programme – offering GEMS Points to parents who refer children into participating schools, upon successful enrolment.
4. The GEMS FAB Credit Card that offers up to 4.25% discount on school fees. The program is also focussed on creating additional value through special money can’t buy experiences and events for our community.

Dear Dev App looks great with new interface and works well. However, every time I close the application it logs me out automatically and asks for ID. Can this be fixed with biometric login (I'm sure no one will remember their 8-digit ID number). Whenever, we try to something from app keyboard gets disabled. (E.g. Ordering from dominos it asks user to enter address of outlet and the keyboard gets disabled).

We need to sort based on cities. I don't really want to see offers from different cities as it's unlikely I'll be able to travel there for an offer.

Very impressed with this app. Such a wide category of offers in one place. Everything from food delivery, electronics, dining, kids entertainment venues, travel offers and more. Now I even save on my groceries and essentials.

With update, I am not able to log in, moment it logged in, got a message *your account deactivated*. I don't know if the dinning options will change with login but what I see, all are fine dinning or having bad review or not very common food outlets. I suggest, GEMS reward app should suspend their service this year if they have not got anything to help community during pandemic instead of compelling them to use expensive outlets.

I am a Gems Parent and a Gems employee, however when I try to log in with parent mob number or employee email it gives me the same error...member data not found. I am unable to login

Absolute horror. Earlier version was much, much better. I don't know who gave gems idea to switch from entertainer to travel pass. Pathetic offers, useless interface.
