The Good: Provides an "at a glance" listing of your events in chronological order, which is amazingly helpful. Tapping an event here brings up details for that event. In-app maps of the convention center and surrounding locales. Search for events and purchase tickets immediately. Electronic version of a chopped up GEN CON program. Messages. I suppose easy instant messaging to your friends is nice, but kind of redundant with the ubiquitous nature of SMS. The Bad: Still a work in progress. "At a glance" agenda only shows building the event is in (e.g. ICC, Hyatt, etc.), but not the location within that building. Have to sign in each time you close it, or switch to another app (though it does remember your username and password).

Had to uninstall the app to prevent the website from redirecting when trying to wishlist events. The event catalog is open right now so why does the app not let you do this basic function?!

Hot garbage. Difficult to use, difficult to buy tickets, keeps logging you out, and the map is unusable.

It says it needs an update, but there's no update to be had. It's not working correctly. You can't use the search function correctly, 9 out of 10 times, it won't bring your keyboard up to allow typing in the search bar. Really bad app, considering Gencon is just a week out.
