Unable to add ticket and do VQ reservations, which defeats the purpose of using the app. Keeps getting stuck at a popup asking to select date of visit, without any options to make the selection

I purchased 5 tickets to Sky worlds only to find out that the app won't link my tickets. Every time I try to read the QR code (or even enter the ticket voucher number manually) the app gets stuck asking for the date of the visit. Such a disappointment. Sky worlds does not offer technical support too.
