Today, when click on the App, it prompts that a new version of the Resorts World Genting app is available. When click on update now, it goes to Google Store, but nothing to update. When click on Open, the same prompt page appears. The App verson: 2.2.0 Build: 898. Please help to resolve.

After phone update the genting app cannot use

don't even know the app is can book or cannot book the room. At first show the room press book alr jump back to main screen then I click again and select the date again show me "you have reached the maximum no. of room(s) allowed on this date. Please choose another date" but I see my trips don't even have the booking!!

Not able to download. Went to 1st world casino customer service center unable to help. Now still staying in Genting hotel room till 31 oct check out. Terrible ...have to go to Genting machine to get info

Better not purchase online. 2 hour queues at every point. Very few staff helpful rest very unprofessional. If you going for skytroplis indoor theme park and Ripley's believe it or not remember majority half of the 20 plus rides close at 6pm. Others may not be working. No refund or compensation. Manage your time otherwise Genting World sells tickets cannot use. No staff or app mention this except tiny brochures at ticket counter. Only managed 1 ride after standing in different queues for 3 hrs.

Not convenient to search for available rooms. No auto log out, you need to find the previous phone and log out before you can log in with another phone, if your battery is dead then you are done.
