Normally app works well I guess since the recent problems I heard about on the news is the reason for the app not working. App doesn't work at all when you try to book stay it's just a long wait & white screen.

I used the app to book my room. It ended up making 2 separate reservations and I got double charged. Customer service was almost impossible to get ahold of and then when I finally got to talk to someone they blamed it on me.
