The staff is exceptional, except for a couple of the management employees, I say that because regardless of what's going on in their lives, they make you feel like you are the VIP and work hard to get you exactly what you want. My experience with the management on the other hand, are them not interacting with the customers other than yelling inappropriate and rude comments from behind a wall.
