The prior version of this app when it was know as Air Miles, when launched (and the Home page appears), your points would be ramped up starting from when you used the app last up to your new total. The ramped up amount would immediately indicate your recently earned points. Unfortunately this new Blue Rewards version does not do this. It always ramps up the points from zero, so there is no indication where your point total was last time and how much you've recently earned.

Cannot submit missing rewards for receipt through the app directly anymore. Who's going to keep receipts for 60 days??

For all the fanfare of transitioning from Air Miles to Blue Rewards, the app fails to meet the hype. Can't log in, it's on infinite loop mode at the moment. Receipt scanning a has problems--some link options are non-operational. Truly sad.

Receipt function unable to recognize items. The human reviewer (?) did not recognize the item and set the receipt as ineligible. To submit inquiry and view receipt buttons do not work. It seems like a process to minimize giving out points?

They do everything they can to keep you from accessing customer service with any questions. The chatbot is useless. There's NOWHERE to report a bug with their app. And they locked everyone's accounts from redeeming points after they transitioned to blue from air miles. You have to call in to get them to fix it. It's also a joke that it takes 48 hours to receive your voucher rewards now. Good luck planning special occasions!
