Not so much rating the app as I am the eremites program. I loved when more places gave you miles. Now everyone has their own cards and rewards so u have 20 apps on your phone or cards in your wallet. Back in early 2000s though I actually got cordless landline phones, a cd I loved and a few other things with my points and was saving up to help purchase airline tickets for my parents to go to England. Never accomplished that because now I can't get miles anywhere 😭 like maybe 2 places.

Can't even log in anymore. Never had any problems with Air Miles app. Called so-called customer service. Rep didn't have a clue. Told me to ask a friend for help. They should have had their s#’t together before rolling out this waste of time. I am editing this review a day later, June 03, 2026. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but today I got in first try. I also got a call regarding a previous problem with a deliver from Air Miles. I still like the previous format better.4starupgrade

No access to receipts scan for rewards option!!!! Stop constant updates which have ruined the app.

I'm seriously annoyed because of the increase in rewards for e vouchers It's ridiculous!!! ...... example A&W..... minimum 95 points to 1500 points minimum.... Not many places I shop offer air miles, so it takes me a while to get enough to get anything, and now it's going to be even harder.

Been a member for over 30 years, I am so disappointed that no major grocery stores participating. Lost Safeway as a sponsor, couldn't find better deals, except eremite receipts (now called the blue rewards)it was so discouraging receipts were turned down even after reviews. The App could be dyslexia, but reviews were by humans, are they same? For "Pork ribs", they can be side ribs (as I bought), spare ribs, baby back ribs, short ribs, etc. They said "Hmm, we couldn't find any matching offers"😰

You need to opt into the offers to get the rewards which is absolutely ridiculous. For amazon, you have to go to the eremites shops website, and it redirects you to the amazon app automatically and misses the rewards when you check out. You need to stay on the eremites shops website redirect link in the browser to get the reward. Air miles really need to get it together or just sell the company. it's a huge mess!

Very disappointing welcome. Logged out of app soon after fresh download! Was logged in with Air Miles credentials on Blue Rewards website, saw offer to download BR app for 800 points. Download it, try to log in with the SAME Air Miles credentials... Error! Forced to create new password, sign in, read a few pages, click here and there, return to app. LOGGED OUT. New password does not work. Wow. Not a good start. :(
