Very useful, after service booking got the call from service dealer within the same day and next day came for the service. App is user-friendly

I bought o general inverter 1 ton AC on 2017. The product is running very smooth without any noise till date. I have placed the indoor unit on first floor and outdoor unit on 3rd floor and still getting wonderful cooling. After experiencing the result, my brother also bought o general 1.5 ton inverter AC and satisfied using it. NOTE: Check the voltage fluctuation level in your home and choose the correct stabilizer for your AC, so that it lasts long.

Having worst experience in installation & service of O'General. The application is also so retarded that complaint/ticket doesn't get registered. There was no proper installation done after I purchased 4 AC. Even the installation is free, the installers asked for extra money of copper pipe.
★☆☆☆☆Harshad Dhoka· Jun 2, 2022
Worst customer care service and number can't reach customer care at all. Also, the application asks too many details. It should be easy to use. Not worth at all for after sales service as one can't reach the customer care number at all.

The biggest mistake I made in my life was to buy O General AC. Even after complaining on 26.05.24, my problem was still not resolved. But now I will never advise anyone else to buy O General AC. Poor service

Worst experience. Poor functioning of ac in 6 months.no improvement even after multiple services. Not getting replies from company and local dealer. Very poor ac. Advise to not take this company ac.
