I bought o general inverter 1 ton AC on 2017. The product is running very smooth without any noise till date. I have placed the indoor unit on first floor and outdoor unit on 3rd floor and still getting wonderful cooling. After experiencing the result, my brother also bought o general 1.5 ton inverter AC and satisfied using it. NOTE: Check the voltage fluctuation level in your home and choose the correct stabilizer for your AC, so that it lasts long.

Having worst experience in installation & service of O'General. The application is also so retarded that complaint/ticket doesn't get registered. There was no proper installation done after I purchased 4 AC. Even the installation is free, the installers asked for extra money of copper pipe.

Very bad app in login did not have proper details very few options are there service is very bad The company did not repair AC in 24 hours The service was very bad The engineer did not come on time I buy a five-star AC of (o general) 1.5 tons, AC stop working after a few weeks I did not suggest any customer to buy this product.
