I have been a year on EV and going places of interest. I experienced with Gentari Go which does not have friendly charging stations. Now, I try to avoid driving into a EV Charging station with Gentari Go. What a frustration when you need charging for the car.

Dear Gentari, nice roll out of the destination planning however its saddened to see that it's half-baked. The only option to select origin and destination is the current location. No search function to select neither the origination nor destination.

Damn slow, that's how they rip you off. Charge by minute and reduce the charging speed. Rip off company

Faced unable to stop charging issue in June 2024 after 8pm, no help as their business hour is 8am to 8pm including customer support. In Oct 2024 same issue happen again, same experience, no support after 8pm, Gentari you need to do better than this, until then I can only remain 1 star for you until you solve the app or charger issue and customer support issue.
