I had issues with getting a soft copy of my bill. Apparently if the account holder has more than one account, there is a drop that selects that address to show the bill. It's initially not intuitive especially if a second account was just created and the first bill shows up. Thanks for the call back and prompt reply.

Tired of seeing the Scam Alert notice every time you open the App. There is no way to stop it except by dismissing it very time. Other App have an option to not see the notice next time but not this one, comeon developers!
