Loads to the map, prompts for "Ready? Select what you would like to learn", then can't tap on anything, nothing works? Tbh, the app looks good for my kids, so would prefer it is fixed rather than getting a refund if possible?

It's a nice, educational app, but definitely not worth $7.99, let alone the $3.99 I paid and was refunded when it was on sale. There are other cheaper/free apps that you can download and even free websites online to help you out with geography, and they work almost the same way.
