Geography Games: World Map

Drop a pin on a real satellite world map and see exactly how many kilometers you missed by. This is a geography game played on the map itself, not a world map quiz where you pick from four buttons.

An internet connection is required: the world map uses live satellite imagery and needs to load.

HOW IT WORKS
There are no multiple-choice answers here. You are given a place, you guess the location by tapping the map, and the game measures the real distance between your pin and the truth. Miss by 2,000 km and you will feel it. Land inside 50 km and you earned it. That one number is what turns a map quiz into real map skill.

WHAT IS INSIDE
- 352 cities across three difficulty tiers, from capitals everyone knows to places that will humble you
- 93 countries in the question pool
- 177 countries with real, tappable national borders based on Natural Earth data
- A satellite world map you can pan and zoom freely while you think

8 WAYS TO PLAY

DAILY CHALLENGE
One hidden country every day, the same one for every player on Earth. Find it, keep your streak alive, come back tomorrow. A daily geography game built around a single shared answer.

FLAG QUIZ
See a flag, type the country, then find that country on the map. Flag Quiz tests flags of the world and map knowledge in the same round, because naming a flag is only half of knowing it.

FIND THE COUNTRY
One hidden country, unlimited guesses, no timer. Every guess is shaded by how close you are: red is hot, blue is ice cold, and pink means your guess shares a border with the answer. Pure deduction, no clock.

SURVIVAL
Three lives. The timer keeps shrinking and the places keep getting harder. How far can you go?

BLITZ
One 60-second clock for the whole run. Your first tap locks the answer, so hesitating costs exactly as much as guessing.

2-PLAYER BATTLE
Pass the phone back and forth. Both players get identical locations, so the only variable is who knows the world better. No internet opponent needed.

HARDCORE
Raw satellite imagery with no labels and no borders, and a single life. For players who think the normal map is too generous.

CUSTOM TRAINING
Pick a continent, a difficulty, a timer and a round count, then drill the region you keep getting wrong. Custom Training is part of the optional World Quiz Pro unlock.

TRACK REAL PROGRESS
Accuracy in these geography games is measured in kilometers, so improvement is something you can actually see. The game records your accuracy, your bullseyes, your average miss distance, your mastery of each continent, and the exact places that keep defeating you. Earn lifetime XP across 7 ranks, build streak multipliers for consecutive close guesses, and collect speed bonuses for answering fast.

COMPETE WORLDWIDE
Eight Google Play Games leaderboards cover every mode, your longest streak, your lifetime XP, and the fewest guesses it took you to find a hidden country.

WHO IT IS FOR
Students who need to learn geography and actually remember it. Travelers who want to place every country they have heard of. Trivia players tired of multiple choice. Anyone who has looked at a world map and wondered how much they really know.

FREE TO PLAY
This world map game is free and supported by ads. One optional in-app purchase, World Quiz Pro, removes the ads and unlocks Custom Training plus extra themes, map styles and pin designs. Everything else, including every daily challenge and every leaderboard, stays free.

Open the world map, drop your pin, and find out how well you really know this planet.
