This is a really good app. We've used it a few times, and it makes ordering from Georges really easy.

This app came in during lockdown and allows you to place your order online and collect in store, you can book a 10-minute slot. It's simple to use and the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is I don't seem to be able to collect points on my George's card and there's no option for adding an extra sausage to a meal deal or even as a 'Side' like the salt and pepper squid. We love George's and this made things easier during lockdown, so we have just carried on using it.

Downloaded this because this website wouldn't allow orders without adding a can of pop... I don't want a can of pop. It is presented as optional, so I think the system is glitched. Or just doing it to get more money out of folk. I'll go somewhere else for my lunch then.

Started order at Leek at 1928 and chose 1950 pick up. Before I could pay, at 1931 the 1950 order slot was taken away from me, and I could only choose 2000. Types in the comments that we were ready as sitting outside. Order accepted and status shown as "cooking". Waited 10 minutes, then went to tell staff we were ready whenever they are. Got head bitten off by rude gentleman saying he hadn't actually started cooking it yet, and it would not be ready until 8pm as that's when we ordered it for.

It would be fine if it actually included all the menu, but instead it seems to only be selected "Meal deals". I just to be able to buy a fish and some chips.
