Updated Sep.1.2025 Customer Service is still useless, & yet it has gotten worse! Yes, they still let your money stay stolen, but now the updating of credit payments and what's actually available in your account is atrocious! There's no point to having online banking if I have no idea how much is in what account. Heading to Twin star asap, lawd...

2021: Needs an amazing signal to operate. Says I put the wrong password or simply says nothing and doesn't let me sign in. Sucks. UPDATE: 🤣 I was about to leave a bad review. Turns out I had it covered 4 YEARS AGO! Get it together gesa!
