Bought these passes for my family but the app won't load, so I can't use it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times.

So far it's been good. Like the another reviewer said, the water park and Lagoon at least pays for the pass. I knocked it a star because one of the major advertising points (and one of the deciding factors) was an RSL game, and apparently that's a no-go these days.

Update: Great customer care. They helped me fix the issues, and now we are back in business and ready to play! I can't get into the app anymore. I sign in, and it asks for more information but then there's no way to continue after it asks for your birthday. I tried the website, and it has the same issue. I have purchased the pass in years passed, and we love them. I got more last year, but we haven't activated them yet, and now I can't access them. Please help!

Pogo pass app was so much easier and better. This app gives me an error message saying I need to restart every time I open it. We came to fat cats and the bowling lanes were all reserved for 2 hours, so we just redeemed for mini golf and then came back later to do the bowling, and it won't let me click on any of our passes to redeem. Luckily the worker remembered us and just let us bowl anyway.

When we got up to the mountain, we both got logged out of our pass and unable to get recovery options. Or it said there were no options available for any passes to anything anymore. We both ended up having to pay full price for our snowboarding day passes, which cost as much as this whole pass. We went on a day that was approved on the get out pass, but can't believe when we got there, neither of us could access the passes!!
