★★★★★ Few tweeks and it could be better 1. Propanolol for variceal bleeding prophylaxis? Thought we'd moved to carvedilol. 2 can we not type into the gent and vanc calculators? 3 could there be a simple renal calculator to work out egfr and higlight AKI, then list common dose adjustments eg clexane for NSTEMI...
