I love this app. It makes me shop at Giant above any other store. It's quick, efficient and easy to use. I can walk around the store, scan my groceries and bag them as I go, so checkout is a breeze. I have no complaints about this app. Occasionally I get audited, and an employee has to scan my stuff, but this is fine.

The app worked great. It was easy to use and didn't have any issues scanning anything. I only took off a star because I don't like having to be connected to the specific stores Wi-Fi.

The app generally works well. My issues are that the system in the store that it connects to is often down. When it does work, it's excellent.

With my Pixel 3, Scant was working at the local Giant (Kennett Square PA). I upgraded to the Pixel 5, in late November, and since then have not been able to get Scant to work. The error msg is the same as in the other reviews - connection error, check with customer service. I was connected to Giant Wi-Fi (as is required by Scant). The helpful manager at customer service checked with her iPhone and was able to connect to Scant. The Google Pixel 5 uses Android version 11. So, for the last 3 weeks, no Scant! Is there a Scant customer support line?

Since the August 25th update app does not identify store Wi-Fi....ever. Phone is connected to Scan-it Wi-Fi. Tried Giant Wi-Fi as well with no success. Please update

While I like the application, their process is terrible. The system will look at your transactions, and may require an audit. Once your account is flagged for an audit you have to complete the audit. The issue is they don't train the employees to handle the audit. I was flagged for an audit (no problem with that). The issue is I have tried to use the app 6 times at 3 different stores. No one knew what the problem was or was willing figure out the problem
