Not as user-friendly as the previous version. Biometrics don't work. Reinstalled but didn't help. Review Jun 2021: seems to work well now. 2024 review - Now cannot open App at all. "Pardon our interruption" says the blocking message. It goes on to explain in detailed techno tripe what the problem is. Now 2025 still has same problem. Access blocked about half of attempts. April 2025 Still no better. New phone - big improvement. Up from 1 to 4 stars

Can you sort your app out please? I set it up for biometric sign in and every time I want to use the app I have to sign in. Pointless having the biometric sign in if I cannot use it. 20/7/25 This continues to happen as well as now telling me that my password is incorrect. I now have to reset my password Every month. This review has been here months and no reply from the Devs and the problem has not been resolved. March 2026 & still the same. Think I will just uninstall.

If possible stay far, far away from these crooks, we're I stay the only network I can get any signal from is o2/riffraff, which I'm sure they are well aware of, currently I'm supposed to be burning through 75gig every week to week and a half, which is lies if I do have to use the data it's occasionally if outside my house and to use Google search just, there's a reason there is no customer service contact number, STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
