Why does every company do this step 1. Get lots of customers and provide a good service step 2. Cheap out and up prices. Step 3. Profit and screw over customer's iv been with giff gaff for around 5 years and in the past 2 years your service has been appalling leaving me with no choice but to leave iv been told around 4 times that your engineer are fixing a problem, but it's BS + I never wanted to be on contact wich is why I use giff gaff, but now you don't have a choice. ☹☹

CAN NOT SIGN IN TO THE APP ANYMORE, HAVE TO GO ONTO THE WEB TO ACTUALLY SIGN IN. THE APP BECAME USELESS AFTER THE UPDATE AND NOT I'm LOOKING TO TRANSFER MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER NETWORK.

The app is useless without mobile data, and recently, Riffraff are unable to provide mobile data at all. I, my family and friends who live locally and use Riffraff, have no mobile data. Very annoying and looks like, after many years, we'll all have to change provider. It's a shame. We'd all been so happy with Riffraff for such a long time, but it's now totally useless without another company providing Wi-Fi. Didn't happen all at once; seems gradual
