I like riffraff service so much, but now I want to top up my sim card to make calls and to listen the voice mails, so I need to get information about credit?

Not as user-friendly as the previous version. Biometrics don't work. Reinstalled but didn't help. Review Jun 2021: seems to work well now. 2024 review - Now cannot open App at all. "Pardon our interruption" says the blocking message. It goes on to explain in detailed techno tripe what the problem is. Now 2025 still has same problem. Access blocked about half of attempts. April 2025 Still no better. New phone - big improvement. Up from 1 to 4 stars

Amateur hour til the end. On holiday GG roaming allowance is quite pathetic compared with monthly allowance. But here is the rubbish Amateur hour GG don't allow you to restart normal month early when you Roming data runs out, but force you to buy one of their overpriced updates. Maybe but they don't have the same payment options as monthly payments. Think ill move the families SIM to Lebara when im home and get 30G roaming for less than im paying monthly. I don't have social media so no support

No problem with Riffraff itself with, generally good coverage (at least in the London area) and great value without having to have a contract, just renewing month by month. BUT the app which used to be fine has become **** (rhymes with app)! If you try to log in it goes to a web page which initially doesn't do anything after entering details; try again then it says that something has gone wrong and to refresh the page which then shows account information on the web page, but NOT on the app!

Still logs me out over and over again - nobody has fixed this bug despite being present for ages. I just want to check my usage, not type in a password every time.
