Horrible company. Purchased an existing card and order was canceled after they processed payments, so there's a pending authorization on my card tying up that money which will be lifted in 7 business days so until then I'm SOL unable to access my money until then. Customer Service is a joke. Worse I used ZIP pay in 4 to get more bang for buck for Xmas n now can't even. Get the gift cards.

Terrible company. Was sent a gift card. Logged in with my email. The gift card kept saying invalid email. Customer service won't do anything without a credit card number. Asked the sender to get a refund. Gift card granny refused to refund. So no gift card and no refund, customer service won't do anything. Gift card Granny response is not truthful.
