It's Perfect for after school. As a student I have used it a few times in the morning but Mon-Thurs the app says no drivers are available (I set it to 8:50AM), then on Fridays I do 9:00AM, but it also says No divers at this time. So I DON'T recommend if you need it early in the morning.

Such a HUGE LIFESAVER, & extremely helpful and great kind drivers, being disabled &on a fixed income, it's a service that's comforting knowing that there's a service to accommodate those that need a lil extra help! We just wish they had more hours available on call when they close! It's not often, but when you can't drive & money is tight, you never know if you have to get meds or have sick kids&need to get to Walgreens that's open 24 hrs.! Just an FYI! But thank you for what's available now!

I have had terrible experience with gift on demand, I have scheduled my rides a week in advance, they call me, to tell me they are canceling my ride because I didn't put that I am in a wheelchair, so the next time I scheduled again they canceled 10 minutes before my ride said I didn't add wheelchair accessible, so I am so fed up with this company, I never had any trouble like this when it was tripa

Can't schedule a ride in advance like it says on the app. You can only pay in cash. If you schedule it over the phone, absolutely worthless
