Description
Gigalomania is an Open Source 2D Real Time Strategy (RTS) MegaLoMania-like god game. Research and develop new technology with which to conquer your enemies, from rocks and sticks to nuclear weapons and spaceships. Advance through ten different ages, from the stone age to the future. There are 28 different maps to play through.
If you are expecting a casual game to pick up straight away, this game is not for you :) Like most RTS games, some time reading the instructions is advised. Please see the website (linked below), or click Online Help from within the game. There are also some tutorials to play through.
A resolution of at least 800x480 is recommended.
Also available for Windows, OS X, Linux, AROS.

Recent changes: Fixed problems with permissions for save games (sorry about that!). Show a toast to say if save game is successful or not. Fixed crash when resuming game from saved state when viewing a design.
If playing with nukes disabled, more sectors can now instead build spaceships.

Very Very Cool This brings back tons of memories from Amiga days. If I could add a suggestion to "enhance" that feel the game had originally... put a slight reverb on the voices... the original quote for the design being finished was "the designs ready", that seems to be the only one you've changed... although it isn't half bad the way you have it. The voices also need more uniformity and slightly more intensity? Anyway, nice! This is great! I wish they were all remade!!!!!

Glitch/problem This game seems good but its soo hard to play because the screen has a red tinge to it and makes seeing things hard it covers the whole screen and makes game almost unplayable fix this fast please

I think.... .... I'll take those 4 stars back. I'm not a techno wiz, but nor am I a luddite, and I object to having to install another app (Ministro) to play this. Perhaps you could explain why (not just that we do) we need extra software in a FAQ? If I'm being unfair I apologise, but with the current trends for hitches/catches (needless permissions/extra software/bloatware) with so much Android software I'm a little suspicious.
