Gig Spot is pretty straightforward to use and usually loads quickly. I have noticed that my assignments are constantly labeled as Overdue on the same day I am supposed to have completed them. Also, when searching through the Job Board listings, when you press the Back button it returns you to the top of the list instead of the spot where you left off. It is pretty annoying.

Why do you someone pay to do a gig ? I'm doing the gig because I need money. Then spend money, wait 7 days to get it back and 7 days to get gig paid. Ex: spend 100 on valet. Tip. Food. Beverage. And the gig only pays 40. It states reimbursement, but I literally spend money and wait 7 days for my money back and gig money. that's so stupid. Every gig on the app is pay something and for the gig

Companies post links on gig spot and can't even click on them, click on my jobs and syncing takes FOREVER before you can do anything, NO CONTACT INFO on app for Gig spot

I thought I would enjoy this app, but I definitely do not if they paid more for as much detail that they need from a shop. I wouldn't recommend doing it, but also they're not paying you to take the certifications to do the shops. I use multiple other apps to do secret shopping, and it's never this difficult. And they pay you a decent amount without having to go into detail. They come up with reasons not to pay you Especially if you don't describe words the way they want. So don't use the word gross.
