6-30-25 Update to 5 stars. Possibly the best gig app out there, I have used several others. Very easy to use format. I only wish more companies would go with them. Nice gig app. Good way to earn some extra cash. It's pretty easy to navigate. They have all the necessary links you need for your shop. It constantly syncs, so you don't lose your information.

Why do you someone pay to do a gig ? I'm doing the gig because I need money. Then spend money, wait 7 days to get it back and 7 days to get gig paid. Ex: spend 100 on valet. Tip. Food. Beverage. And the gig only pays 40. It states reimbursement, but I literally spend money and wait 7 days for my money back and gig money. that's so stupid. Every gig on the app is pay something and for the gig

I thought I would enjoy this app, but I definitely do not if they paid more for as much detail that they need from a shop. I wouldn't recommend doing it, but also they're not paying you to take the certifications to do the shops. I use multiple other apps to do secret shopping, and it's never this difficult. And they pay you a decent amount without having to go into detail. They come up with reasons not to pay you Especially if you don't describe words the way they want. So don't use the word gross.

This app is awful. The search function doesn't allow any filters of any kind. All too often, if you search by city name, it returns nothing but if you use that city's zip code, jobs pop up. Ridiculous to have to look up zip codes all the time. (I travel.) I hate this app so much, but now it seems I'm trapped into using it.
