Can't get it to my home screen keep having to play store

I have been a GIO customer for comprehensive car, CTP, and home insurance a few years now, and I have always had excellent and reasonably priced insurance cover. The GIO app is very easy to use, and ensures that all my insurance policies' information is at my fingertips. I have been with many different insurance companies over the years and have found GIO to be one of the best.

This App is ok for viewing detail of your existing policies however if you want to update coverage details in your policies it does not work with message "We are unable to process your request. Please come back and try later. " I have been trying for over a number of weeks!! The "contact us" bot in the app also sends you into an endless loop of helpfulness. I phoned 131010 and after waiting approx 15 minutes "on hold" spoke to a human who was able to update the policy details. Finally, done!!!

GIO is the worst insurance company, they are not trustworthy. I had an accident, and they declined my claim after 4 months harrasing me, wrote off my car and didn't pay anything.

I can't add an existing policy and the website is having technical difficulties so I can't add it online.
