I have requested my policy documents a few times but have not received them. I get tge prompt that it has been sent to my email address, but it has not been sent. Trying to communicate with AAMI staff is frustratingly difficult.

Downloaded the App, but where does one go from there? I don't try to contact AAMI endlessly, thank heavens, but when I do, I kind of expect it to be relatively easy. It seems your "valued" customers are not very much valued anymore, just left to hang forever on the end of a phone, or trying to work out how to understand your website/apps. It seems that being a "valued" customer of any big organization is not so valued by those making the money for the companies.
