I never leave reviews, but I have to for this one. With AAMI, I have about 5 policies in total. Every single time I log into the app, it fails to show all 5. It's total luck of the draw which ones will and won't show. I even once had a policy listed for a car I did not and have never owned before in my life. I received an email from Service NSW today telling me to pay my CTP. When I logged onto the app, sure enough the policy had been dropped from my list.

Downloaded the App, but where does one go from there? I don't try to contact AAMI endlessly, thank heavens, but when I do, I kind of expect it to be relatively easy. It seems your "valued" customers are not very much valued anymore, just left to hang forever on the end of a phone, or trying to work out how to understand your website/apps. It seems that being a "valued" customer of any big organization is not so valued by those making the money for the companies.
