The best app ever to send and receive money all over the globe, easy convert local currencies to foreign currencies at normal official rate, I suppose to give 5 ⭐ but still remain a sensible features to add. It will be more pleasant if adding the user can have a dollar visa card for payment online on the app

I installed and signed up. I instantly got an OTP and confirmed my email. However, for three days I've been trying to get an OTP to register my phone number, but I couldn't get it, even after several tries, and so I can't proceed to use the account. A message to customer service got no reply. I am going to uninstall. What would happen if I should open the account and encounter some transaction problems. Is it the way I should be treated? Please tidy up this app to enable its smooth operation.
