The app is just so good now and so well-designed. I just wish I used it more. Glossika is a bit akin to a workout, but it's very effective and exposes you directly to everyday language. You can make a lot of progress using it regularly.

The negative reviews, I think, stem from dislike about the model of learning itself. This comes from expecting a full course like Babel or Busuu. But this isn't meant to be Duolingo. It's not a textbook. It's NOT DESIGNED TO BE YOUR ONLY SOURCE. It's also not very 'fun'. It's designed to give you input, input, input, so you can practice your pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary IN TANDEM with other more structured sources. On those terms, it's absolutely brilliant. There's nothing else like it.
Good app. Full spoken sentences spaced repetition. Doesn't slow you down. Wishlist: -In only listening mode it would be nice to have thepronounciation on the lock screen.

While I like the content of Glossika, and it's learning method. I have to say, that the mobile app version is soooo slow, it takes about 10 seconds for the next sentence to load. When you're doing a review of 100 sentences, that adds up and is very frustrating! It totally breaks the app for me and makes using it a nightmare. Even when the sentences are downloaded, there's still issues with loading them. Am sad to write this, because I like the content, but the app has serious performance issues.

Should have read and believed the other low reviews because just adding the word AI to the sales blurb does not make this app any more than a disjointed phrase generator, if you love memorizing list after list, this is for you, if you actually want to learn a language, go elsewhere
