Very bad delivery services. Commanded for a washing machine, payment already done with home delivery charges. It's the 5th day today I have not been delivered of my goods neither has the client service taken action. I will not recommend using Clotho e-commerce. You need any of their products it's best you go to their physical location

It won't place an order, and I tried contacting customer service on WhatsApp they told me products would be available after 2 days. After 2 days, I texted multiple times and got a blue thick with no response 🤣 the worst online service ever. Unless you guys upgrade then it's a 0/10 rating
