Works and has all needed info, not sure what happened in the past but the app is functional, easy to use, and I can find and reserve books as if it was the website, but it's a little easier to navigate. I had no trouble logging in with the correct credentials. Scan barcode is for your library card presumably, I assume, so you don't have to type in your number, didn't work in low light conditions for me so try somewhere well lit. Wanted to do an up-to-date review as this app does work and is useful.

Useless! Thought this would be useful if I forgot my library card, but the machines will not scan my barcode in the app and The scanner at the desk will not scan the barcode on my phone. What's the point?

Doesn't work Can't get this to work. It won't scan my library card, and I don't know how to get a pin. Shame could be good. The online website never works properly either, so I thought I would try this. Never mind back to looking at the dismal selection of books in my local library. The local charity shop has more up-to-date books.

Doesn't work Doesn't recognize my account (even though I double-checked my account details in my local library) so I cannot access any of the services. What does work is basically a front end that spits the user into the council website? A waste of my council tax!
