Very practical app. Renewing the loans online was my pet peeve. Now that I can do that easily on the app, I am very pleased. Barcode scanner works fine. No bugs that I see.

One of the worst apps I've ever used, and their website isn't any better. App doesn't load a lot of the time, when it does, it freeze. Frequently signs you out and won't pull credentials from Google password manager.

Randomly logs you out for no reason, and you can't log in with your correct credentials. Otherwise, very sluggish and slow to load - not well optimized at all.
