When it works it's slow and the search function highly inaccurate. However, you might instead get logged out and then be unable to log back in due to using the incorrect details - which of course you've used before. You might not be able to reserve a book due to the mysterious "date issue". Used to be an ok app but a couple of years ago it was "improved" resulting in numerous problems and loss of functionality, eg a history of your borrowing. A clear case of don't fix what isn't broke !

All information in my account has disappeared. I cannot see any data relating to my loans etc.

Randomly logs you out for no reason, and you can't log in with your correct credentials. Otherwise, very sluggish and slow to load - not well optimized at all.
