GlowTide is a visual breathing companion that helps you find calm in moments of stress, anxiety, or mental fatigue. No voice instructions, no timers, no complex setup - just a gently pulsing orb that guides your breath.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose a breathing pattern and a color theme, then press start. A luminous orb appears at the center of your screen, slowly expanding as you inhale and contracting as you exhale. Follow its rhythm with your eyes and let your body naturally synchronize.

BREATHING PATTERNS

- 4-4 Pattern: Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds. A balanced rhythm ideal for general relaxation and refocusing.
- 4-7-8 Pattern: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds. A deeper pattern known for its calming effect on the nervous system.

COLOR THEMES

- Moonlight Silver: A cool, serene silver-white glow for peaceful sessions.
- Amber Warm: A soft amber radiance that creates a cozy, warm atmosphere.
- Deep Blue: A rich oceanic blue glow for deep, immersive relaxation.

SESSION FEATURES

Each session lasts approximately 3 minutes, during which the orb guides you through multiple breathing cycles. A phase indicator shows whether you are in the inhale, hold, or exhale stage. A gentle ripple effect marks the completion of each full cycle, providing a subtle sense of progress.

After your session ends, you receive a Calm Index score based on your session engagement. Each session is recorded with its date, duration, pattern, theme, and score.
