Seems to work fine but can't find a way to change language in-app. Also, can't define time-slot, even though I can in the browser. Should be able to add a trusted recipient, not just a note, but generally. But it's useful to see all packages in the same place and even can name them!

Informative, helps you to be able to plan your day around the delivery. I especially like the alternative delivery feature, GLS drop shop is great should I be out when they deliver I know it's just down the road.

Worst service I ever got, ordered something for 300 EU, they promise me "maximum delivery date" for the past 3 days, the chatbot doesn't recognize anything I put into it, they ask for a 5-digit postal number when all of Portugal uses 7 digits... "Customer service" phone is not even connected, the automatic reply "customer service" phone asks me for the tracking number, I input it, and it hangs up on me.... This was supposed to be a birthday present, the birthday is today, thanks for nothing.

This is the worst shipping service I have ever come across. There's no way to track your package in real time plus they keep changing the date of delivery every day. Horrible service. Avoid

The worst delivery service ever! Your shipment will sit in a warehouse for days, you won’t receive any delivery time notification, customer support will ignore your messages, and the courier won’t show up on the scheduled day - they’ll just mark the status as “not delivered.” Thank you, GLS, for ruining Christmas.
