Idea great, design ok. I'm missing to add 2ndary email address and phone number (some got more). And recently I have feelings that on web page the details are online b<t this app have delay 1 or 2 days to process/recognize my package/order.

Horrible user experience, wasted 1.5hours. I have paid for an intl package what I was to ship via package terminal. When arrived to the box, the app considered my package already delivered and therefore archived (???). I could not do anything to send it. Called the support twice, where waited 8 min online, nobody picked... I met accidentally a delivery guy who called the app support and also gave me phone No. Called immediately, 7x was not picking, neither called back. So disappointed in GLS

I need to send a package which is already registered and paid. I am standing in front of GLS package box and this useless app is unable to open locker or do anything. Useless app!

Package waiting for me, I've got an email and a text message, yet, the app shows zero parcels to pick up, therefore I can't pick it up...
