Idea great, design ok. I'm missing to add 2ndary email address and phone number (some got more). And recently I have feelings that on web page the details are online b<t this app have delay 1 or 2 days to process/recognize my package/order.

The app is not user-friendly at all. I can't just leave the app, I have to close it individually. Even worse is that I couldn't simply pay via G-pay, it didn't connect with the wallet at all. I had to give the app my login to Gmail and even then it said that something went wrong and the payment wasn't successful. Since I didn't take my debit card with me, I had to return home, pay by card and then go back to the box to finally pick up my parcel. I wasted a lot of time unnecessarily.

Package waiting for me, I've got an email and a text message, yet, the app shows zero parcels to pick up, therefore I can't pick it up...

Instead of simple web page payment, everyone needs to install this useless app with no benefits whatsoever even if you need pickup single parcell. You cannot pay directly at the storage box, you need to pay in advance. Google Pay not working and will give only generic "or_bibed_15" error message, stored credit card are not showing, so you must enter everything from scratch just for this app. Summarized with single word - DISASTER rather shoot myself in the foot than use gls delivery again...
