GlycoTrack: GL Food Scanner

GlycoTrack GL Scanner is a simple food diary designed for anyone who wants to check nutritional information and organize everyday meals more easily.

Scan a product barcode, select a serving size, and view key nutritional details, including carbohydrates, protein, fat, calories, glycemic index (GI), and glycemic load (GL).

SHARED MEALS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

The Family feature allows multiple people to use shared products, recipes, and meals.

One person can create a meal, while other family members can view its ingredients and nutritional values without entering every product again. It is a convenient solution for parents, partners, and caregivers who plan and prepare meals together.

IMPORT DATA FROM OTHER APPS.

Already created a meal in other apps? GlycoTrack can import data files (.zip or .csv), so you do not have to add every ingredient again manually.

LESS REPETITION, BETTER ORGANIZATION

GlycoTrack focuses on what matters most: creating meals quickly and presenting their nutritional information clearly. There are no complicated charts and no imposed diet plans.

The app can be particularly useful for families in which one person prepares a meal while other family members also need access to its ingredients and nutritional values.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GlycoTrack is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose medical conditions, does not calculate medication or insulin doses, and does not replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian.

Glycemic index and glycemic load values are estimates. Individual responses to the same food or meal may vary.

Recent changes:
We fixed glycemic index (GI) estimates and improved adding products to meals to prevent duplicates. We also corrected nutrition and GI values in affected past diary entries.
