I’m quite disappointed with my experience with GNC. After checking out a product, I started receiving repeated calls about the abandoned cart, which was quite irritating. Even after placing an order, the dispatch process takes much longer than expected. Another major issue is customer support—when I have a problem, emails and WhatsApp messages often don’t receive a proper response. GNC really needs to improve its customer service, communication, and order processing time.

Worst service and Worst behavior of Gnc Call center team. I placed order on 28 june 2026,Today is 18 july 2026. Yet no response on delivery and when after many follow-ups Call center team said shaker is not available, I said cancel that single order Nd delivery my material. They said They are cancelling all order. Wasted my 25 days of waiting, and then they cancelled whole order. Still I didn't get my payment back yet and no Response. Looks like so unprofessional People and company.0 ⭐ from my side.
