Spent $92 in two days riding between AC Hotel and The Silos in Waco TX. The scooters themselves are fine, but the system is intentionally misleading. There’s no sign or notice that you must park within specific zones, so the meter keeps running until you stumble onto one. Every other city I've been to let you park anywhere, this setup quietly drains your wallet. Totally defeats the point of convenience.

If I could give this app a 0 star I would, I have a galaxy s23 ultra and IDK if this app just works better with iPhone cause my girl didn't experience the same problems I did, at first I couldn't even receive the code through my phone, so I used another phone number, after that I canceled the ride through my galaxy everything was fine then the next day again we go out again to ride, I connect to my ride and my girl as well we cruze for less than 3 mins and my scooter disconnects the screen stayed froze

Charged for rides that never happened. It allowed us to ride over our prepaid time but then does not give an option to pay for ONLY the overage amount. It forces you to purchase in only the increments of $20, $30, or $50. I raised disputes on the rides that I was charged for that didn't happen. This was back in late June. Nothing has come of those disputes. No response. Nothing. I attempted to put in for a refund, however no matter what amount I ask for it does not accept it.
