One thing I like about Go Taxi Zambia is that it is safe for both drivers and its clients at a same time definitely it does give back to the community and this fifth year if not sixth of enjoying its products. And talking of the app itself. It is a user-friendly no hiccups and worries of any nature. It has been always GO GO GO!

You people should openly tell us if you have failed business, how do you log out drivers when you know that the credit system is still down.? You accept the order you delay in traffic the client cancels the ride you deduct k25 from the float what nonsense is that.? If can't credit drivers put an option so that drivers can be automatically buy float on the app, your call center don't pick calls very poor. Please improve already you don't have enough drivers because of your poor service provide

Very poor Customer service. You don't pick calls when drivers call for assistance, a very pathetic way of doing business, I'm considering removing this useless app from my device.

Why do you deduct K20 fee for cancellation even when it's not the driver's fault? I client cancels the ride you deduct a K20 from a driver, even when the clients phone is off driver waits for more than 15 minutes then cancels the trip still you penalize the drivers this is very unfair to the drivers. And your support center stuffs is very useless they don't respond to calls even when it's an emergency.

After downloading this app and finishing with all signing up requirements, the customer cares line off. How do you honestly expect me to top up the float cause your competitor (yango) have made it easy and convincing but with this 'your poor service' how can we support our zambian taxi company?
