Contacted app developer; good exchange. Functionality seems identical between iPhone and Android apps. iPhone app still loads data a bit easier, but that could be user impatience or Android phone configuration. Android device log-in experience seemed to improve immediately after logging out of the iPhone app (same user credentials), leading me to believe my Android was hung up with some sort of stale system acknowledgment. All the positive points of user functionality remain valid. A good app!

OK but lacks some features that would help: 1. Signing up for an event does not allow one spouse to sign up both. Each person has to sign up individually...not convenient. 2. Maintenance requests do not show what was done and when. Therefore, we cannot really follow the response by maintenance. Otherwise, I like it.

Completely useless. Pages are blank and no way to navigate from them so have to just close the app. Navigation is inconsistent and doesn't work. Text is cut off and overlapping so impossible to read much of it. Don't even bother using this shoddy, untested app.

Navigation is very clunky. Work orders do not allow use of pictures and other useful attachments. Work orders do not allow updating.

Not user-friendly and difficult to use. Cannot slide through channel 970. Who has time to sit through 10 minutes of slides?

This app is very inconvenient to use. Photos can only be uploaded one at a time, with no option for bulk uploads. Videos cannot be uploaded directly and must be shared via external links from social media or other platforms, which is especially inconvenient when content is meant only for family members. Overall, the app is frustrating and impractical.
