Dreadful. Downloaded a 3 GB course offline and the app never opens, just spins.

Not sure if it's the agency I work for or the app itself, but courses are glitchy and badly programmed. Some courses don't even use the next button and ask you to back out and physically begin the next chapter, only for no credit to be given or progress to be saved. Just use whatever website alternative you were given instead.

This app is terrible. My organization uses it for morning check lists. I use the mobile app for convenience, but 99% of the time the app will not load my checklist page.
