It's not working. It keeps asking for a barcode and opens fine, but when I close and reopen the app, it lags and freezes.

Not sure if it's the agency I work for or the app itself, but courses are glitchy and badly programmed. Some courses don't even use the next button and ask you to back out and physically begin the next chapter, only for no credit to be given or progress to be saved. Just use whatever website alternative you were given instead.
