Hi, I used your app for the first time on Saturday to book a cab. The booking was accepted and the fee taken, but it was then cancelled because it was a Saturday airport pickup — which I understand. However, when the refund was processed, a fee was deducted. I do not think this is reasonable given that the cancellation was not initiated by me. As a first-time user, this has been disappointing, and unless it is resolved, I would not feel comfortable recommending the app to friends.
