I entered a discount in the app and the price was 25.50 cash, then after the ride the driver asked for 28.50. He phoned their support, but they said the discount was that. Never again.

If I could give I would give them 0 or even minus stars. Booked a taxi several times and waiting for 14 mins it's okay but canceling it before coming it is not and the calling cabs and not finding a solution nor nothing. And they do not have in app support to complain. They are the worst! Taxi company in Malta. Very disappointed!!!

Honestly the worst taxi experience in Malta. Horrible GPS, horrible Service, drivers cancelling 24/7,and customer service claiming "working as intended" when you're a paying business customer instead of apologizing. OH and drivers accept the order when they're 30 minutes away and the app says it's 5 mins away. Stay away from these guys. 2025 update: decided to try them again because I'm an idiot. Same problems as before. Not going to try them again even when they're 50% off.
