At first, it was great, fast quick always arrive on time. But this couple of months the drivers constantly cancelling and to pick another diver to just cancel again and again. Even someone accepted the ride it takes up to 20 to 40 mins to arrive.

If I could give I would give them 0 or even minus stars. Booked a taxi several times and waiting for 14 mins it's okay but canceling it before coming it is not and the calling cabs and not finding a solution nor nothing. And they do not have in app support to complain. They are the worst! Taxi company in Malta. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible experience soo they claim driver already accepted order from other part of Malta and to cancel you have to pay 3.60 euro because the driver didn't move to your location money grab company...
