Very inconsistent experience, waiting time are completely wrong, ordered a cab and waiting time was supposed to be 2 minutes, but then the driver was far away, then the driver was completing another ride, and despite this not being done the waiting time was 6 minutes. It's as if this is designed on purpose. Unfortunately do not recommend, very frustrating and misleading system. Oh and they will charge you for cancellation despite them blantly lying about the waiting times.

If I could give I would give them 0 or even minus stars. Booked a taxi several times and waiting for 14 mins it's okay but canceling it before coming it is not and the calling cabs and not finding a solution nor nothing. And they do not have in app support to complain. They are the worst! Taxi company in Malta. Very disappointed!!!

don't use this app. Drivers select your ride. After a few minutes of the car not moving, you call, and they say they are filling diesel. After 10 mins you call again and again, and they ignore your call. You try to cancel, and you cannot cos they will charge you a fee. 15 mins later it remains 2 mins arriving, and it doesn't change for 15 mins. The worst taxi app in malta
