★★★★★ Apps needs improvement. HDR Landscape mode Night mode EIS. Here's setting that doesn't work. Front cam setting button doesn't do anything. Photo preview doesn't load photos. HPM500 spec states that its HDR. It's better to have HDR on/off button in the settings, so we can see the difference and know that it really has HDR capabilities.

★★☆☆☆ The absolute worst app I have ever used. Apart from the interface being both non-intuitive and full of errors (e.g. "Fear Camera" instead of "Rear Camera" and "Emergency" for "Emergency"), it often gets stuck on "Processing" after connecting through Wi-Fi, with none of the menu options being available. As well, options such as being able to save files from the rear camera to the app aren't available. The only way to access all the recorded files is to remove the motorcycle seat, pull the micro-SD and connect it to a computer; in other words, by bypassing this frustrating app entirely. Hewlett-Packard should be ashamed to be associated in any way with such shoddy workmanship. I won't buy HP again.
