Love this company. I've used the 3 times so far never had issue. Ine suggestion I've had to pick up the ute from 2 different locations one was Glen Waverley shopping center due to the issue of not being able to locate the key I've attempted to call customer service but as the vehicle was parked in the u Dec ground car park of the center ther was no reception to ring and be near the ute as required when asked maybe park the ute else where.

⚠️ BEWARE: Safety Hazard & Predatory Tactics Do not rent from this company. They will chase you via phone calls constantly to get your booking, but the moment they have your money, the "service" disappears. I paid over $400 for a 2-day rental and received a van that was: * UNSAFE: The reverse camera was broken—a massive danger for a vehicle this size. * FILTHY: The interior was thick with dust. It was unsanitary and clearly never cleaned. * DECEPTIVE: They lure you in, then hit you with hidde

Don't do it. Ute not there first time round I had to cancel and go somewhere else real time waster. 2nd time Ute would not remotely unlock had to call them. Charged for fuel despite filling the tank didn't get receipt but upload of bank details not sufficient .cage door hinges broken I had to use rope to tie it up. I can't be bothered putting in a dispute maybe they can use the fuel money to fix the app and the Ute. They are cheap but unreliable look elsewhere . I will.
