I really enjoyed my 12 free rides even with that be over its only $2. I gave 4⭐ because their not always available
The new public transportation system is horrible, they are never available when you need them, always saying no ride available or It's full, so when I have no choice but to get an Uber or Lyft, then I happen to see the van in multiple places and its empty smh no people but the driver, I saw one passenger one time like huh lol what is going on smh the system can be way better than what it is or get more drivers...heck ill drive for y'all lol, but the idea of the transportation system is great!!

I mean, public transportation is unpredictable. I have a ride that the van was 4 min away from me. The driver Quantavious drove the exact opposite way of me for 30 min. I watched him on the app drive all around Gastonia, not even picking anyone up! Finally, he was replaced by another driver near me who got me to where I needed to be on time according to the app, but like 45 min later than I originally planned. Who ever Quantavious is, he needs to straighten up.
