It's great, but often the final price of tickets does not match the advertised price.
★★★★☆Mikomi Jade· Mar 9, 2026
It does not have possibility to enter as a different user, using the same method as was already used to enter under the other profile. I have several accounts, and it is quite hard for me.
★★★★★Michael Hornsby· Sep 20, 2022
Very efficient app, with excellent response time when an issue arises. Highly recommend.
★★★★★Mark Yaromin· Mar 21, 2023
Using this app since April 2022, it was my safe house from where I operated, buy tickets, find some new stuff to go to, and obviously because Facebook is a trash for many reasons, I don't need to change nothing! Thanks to staff how make this dream come true.

This is just a "middle man" app- if an event is cancelled, Going. Will not refund your ticket money. I will never book with them again. Lost all my money by buying a ticket to Fest Festival 2023 which was cancelled, only refund they offer is a few złotychs for service charge...unbelievable!

App is fine but the asks for a review were too frequent and super annoying. I had to cancel it 3 times before I bought 2 tickets... come on let me use the app first before you ask me what I think and don't interrupt the payment process for this! [update: I wrote a review but the app is still spamming pop-ups to write review. Pls fix it

I bought 2 expensive tickets on festival which was cancelled. The Going company made all the preparations to arrange business in a way do not refund money
★☆☆☆☆Dima Nikolaenko· Aug 25, 2023
This is just an event proxy service provider who is not returning money in case event was cancelled event (even if on a website it's stated differently).
