My detailing business uses Goldie for booking appointments, collecting deposits & payments and creating our website. Our customers are impressed with the ease of use of our site to book appointments. All the systems are very user-friendly and easily adjustable for appointments that require a little more (or less). I have had to contact customer service 2 times.(once for payment limit increase and again for deposit frequency to our bank acct) Both times have been resolved in a timely manner

Schedules are not syncing across devices causing schedule conflicts. This has been an off and on problem for three years now, but getting worse all the time. All apps are up-to-date. It finally crashed on my other phone, so I uninstalled it then tried to reinstall, and now it won't reinstall on that phone at all. Very fed up with this app.

Unfortunately in 2025 I have to downgrade rating, uninstall and move to another app. I had this app since the appoint fix era. I gave 5 stars in 2018 and re-reviewed in 2022 with 5 stars. But bigger isn't always better and this entire year there's been disappearing appointments, doubling up of appointments and all sorts of anomalies messing up my schedule. Working with tech support hasn't provided answers.

Horrible customer support, the app goes through random phases where it won't sync between employees on the app, and it will just take off appointments. Have been using for 4 years and am seriously looking at going with a different scheduling system
