I've complained many times about how the scheduling is not suitable for certain businesses. Start and end times are worked out first then divided by the slot times you specified. If you enter a break that isn't a slot time it throws appointments off for the day. It can't be that hard to change, so you can have a break and start the next appointment at the break end time. Like seems logical that should be allowed.

Glitching! Ever since the new update, multiple staff having problems with appointments not showing after booking clients in, sometimes show back up, sometimes just disappear! The new layout and widget is less user-friendly than before - have been using this app for over 5 years with no problems but am now considering other alternatives Preferred the old version, is there an option to go back to this version?!

I am a customer and updated as requested, but I seem now to be a business. It says it is installed but won't open again. I have previously had it not book appointments properly. The worst appointment system I have used.
