I have had this app for a long time. Once I had to open a holding account and upload documents it just wouldn't let me. The button is there but it doesn't do anything this has been like this for many months. I had similar troubles on their website too.

Lack of confidence Doesn't work most of the time. It is frightening to me that a company that wants me to trust it with my $$ doesn't strive for excellence in every aspect of their business right down to the mobile app. I am losing confidence with goldmoney the more I experience it's shortfalls. Wanna compete with fiat you have to be better than fiat.
